Photo - Dan Thoms Dan Thoms is Senior Vice President of Sales and Strategic Initiatives for AllRegs. In this position, he manages and oversees strategic corporate initiatives, the sales division and the new education division known as AllRegs Academy.

During a career spanning nearly 20 years in education and business within the D.C. beltway, Thoms was most recently vice president of Education and Business Development for the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). In 2004, he received the prestigious Development in Instructional and Curriculum Excellence (DICE) Award for Leader of the Year in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development.

A frequent speaker and author, Thoms has been featured in The Washington Business Journal, as well as numerous TV programs related to adult education and the use of technology. A past Board Member of the Jump$tart Coalition and Chairman of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) Financial Services Advisory Council, Thoms holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Marymount University.

Dan has two wonderful children that he is very proud of. Kelly, a high school student, is an active sports enthusiast and frequently volunteers her time to spend with autistic children. Vincent, a religion major at Baylor University, is also a “new media” consultant for a number of political campaigns across the country.

Mortgage Resource Center, Inc. d/b/a AllRegs (“AllRegs”) respects the privacy of its customers and users of this web site (the “Site”). Any and all disputes relating to this Agreement, the Site, your use thereof, or the Content (collectively, “Disputes”) are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. Unless you have otherwise agreed with AllRegs to subject any Dispute to arbitration pursuant to an applicable service or user license or agreement, any Dispute will be venued in a state or federal court situated in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for that purpose.
No Waiver. No waiver by AllRegs of any breach or default hereunder will be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
