As Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, he leads a sales and account management team that works with all of the top financial institutions, mortgage companies, banks, and other vendors in the country. His connections and persuasive style lead to a fantastic mix which has created an always successful sales and revenue growth model.

During a career spanning over 20 years in education and business within the D.C. beltway, Thoms was most recently vice president of Education and Business Development for the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). In 2004, he received the prestigious Development in Instructional and Curriculum Excellence (DICE) Award for Leader of the Year in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development. A frequent speaker and author, Thoms has been featured in The Washington Business Journal, as well as numerous TV programs related to adult education and the use of technology. He is a past Board Member of the Jump$tart Coalition and past Chairman of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) Financial Services Advisory Council. Thoms is frequently interviewed by mortgage industry publications, such as Mortgage Technology Magazine, National Mortgage News, Broker Universe, HousingWire and other industry publications. Thoms holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Marymount University.

Dan has two wonderful children of whom he is very proud. His daughter Kelly is a rising freshman enrolled at NC State and is interested in becoming a teacher. Vincent, a graduate of Baylor University, owns his own company and is a “new media” consultant for a number of political campaigns across the country.

Mortgage Resource Center, Inc. d/b/a AllRegs (“AllRegs”) respects the privacy of its customers and users of this web site (the “Site”). Any and all disputes relating to this Agreement, the Site, your use thereof, or the Content (collectively, “Disputes”) are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. Unless you have otherwise agreed with AllRegs to subject any Dispute to arbitration pursuant to an applicable service or user license or agreement, any Dispute will be venued in a state or federal court situated in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for that purpose.
No Waiver. No waiver by AllRegs of any breach or default hereunder will be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
