Mortgage Resource Center, Inc. d/b/a AllRegs (“AllRegs”) respects the privacy of its customers and users of this web site (the “Site”). Cookies/IP Addresses

The Site uses cookies to remember a user’s personal profile for the user’s convenience and to deliver content specific to a user’s needs and interests. 3. ACCESS/CORRECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

Often, AllRegs will not retain personal data it has collected from its users via the Site. If you believe that an error has been made in the accuracy of the data collected from you, you may request that the information be corrected by sending a request to the addresses below. Portions of the Site use security technology. No technology, however, can guarantee that information you transmit will be 100% safe from interception or misappropriation. Any and all disputes relating to this Agreement, the Site, your use thereof, or the Content (collectively, “Disputes”) are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. Unless you have otherwise agreed with AllRegs to subject any Dispute to arbitration pursuant to an applicable service or user license or agreement, any Dispute will be venued in a state or federal court situated in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for that purpose.
No Waiver. No waiver by AllRegs of any breach or default hereunder will be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
